Part 3-3: What Happened that First Easter?

Two most important times of the year for Christians are Christmas and Easter. Why is Easter so important? It is about the resurrection of Jesus. In this message we will wind back time to that first Easter, and learn why the chain of events are significant for us and our faith in Christ.

About this series
Christians all over the world will soon celebrate Easter. While many observe it as a religious event, many others still have questions about the faith.
In this series, Big Questions at Easter, we will tackle questions people ask during Easter. Does God exist? Why did Jesus need to come? What happened that first Easter?
Together, we will learn how the universe points to a Creator, and why we desperately need a Saviour. We will also examine the impact of Jesus' works on that first Easter, including his death, burial and resurrection.
The answers to these questions will strengthen our faith and draw us closer to our Saviour Jesus Christ.
